All these small stories came to Molly's Angels in just one week.
Bill Lipshultz, a Molly's Angels volunteer driver, transported a veteran from Napa to the Veteran's hospital in Martinez, to keep his appointment. it prompted Rachel, at the veteran's facility to write, "Thank you Bill for taking the time to drive our client to Neurology for his appointment. The distance from Napa made it difficult for some veterans to get to our Martinez facility to access to medical services. I lost sleep worrying how to get our client safely to his appoint and you made it possible, Thank you again for all you do And thank you for your military service." Rachael, V.A Social Worker
One of Molly's Angels newest volunteer drivers, a retired nurse, took her first client from Napa to the Kaiser Hospital facility in Vallejo for her appointment. Our driver was literally stunned when the client thanked her profusely, adding that because she would not be paying for a taxi, she would be able to buy food and eat.!
Jill Hoenes, from Glendale, in a letter to the Napa Register writes "My family and I have recently been the recipients of a wonderful volunteer service based in the Napa Valley called Molly's Angels.
Molly's Angels is staffed by volunteers who drive clients to medical appointments in the area-at no charge. This service is a pure gift to family members who live outside the Napa Valley but have a loved one who needs transportation to medical appointments from time to time.
They are cheerful, organized, and reliable...I can't say enough good things about Molly's Angels and their dispatcher, Nicole."
